Possible Fraud, what to do???

    Hello friends!
    I found myself in a situation where there is a chance someone fulled me and I ask you what to do.
    Story goes like this:

    Few weeks ago I decided to hire someone to write me a some articles, for my new method.
    Contatced couple of guys here on BHW who advertise their writing service .
    Made a deal with this guys(since I am not sure yet I will keep his name for now a sceret), he told me to send my keywords to this email, and send payment over paypal.
    I did it, sent him a proof and waited for couple of days,for my articles to arrive.
    After 10 days I sent him PM here, he never replied.
    Sent him one more PM and still no reply.
    Now I wonder what can I do to, and is there any way to get my money back?
    Contact paypal or something?

    You can do a paypal dispute. Was the guy you paid a reputable member here?

    Nothing special.
    I saw his thread about his service.
    It was approved by operators, and people were in general satisfied with his work.
    Can you pls be more precise about that paypal dispute ?

    You can get paypal to charge back but just make sure that this is a fraud. There could be a real reason for no reply like family issues etc. Try getting in contact with the person again but if not yeh you can get the money back from paypal.

    Lol, bro what makes Paypal so famous.....? the ability to get your money back if you get screwed....

    If the writer you had hired is from India, he/she might not have logged in for most of last week, as it was festival time here. I'd suggest that you wait for sometime before you file a dispute. Let the service provider know that you will file a dispute if there is no reply for xx hours/days.
