Depends on how you acquire your list...Cold calling is rough. Prospects that need/want your service would be better.

If you can close cold calls above 5% you can easily make a lot of money.

Anyone can make 100 calls a day, 5 new clients per day if you can make 100 calls.

Use the dentist method and SHOW him what hes doing wrong. Just don't give him all the cookies.

Is he very busy already? My doctor isn't taking on new patients because he is just too busy. Maybe the dentist doesn't want an influx of new patients. I would just say "Well keep me in mind. Right now you are on page 7 of Google for your keywords. I can do much better than that and in turn you will gain new patients." This way you planted the bug in his ear and if he does want more patients, he'll contact you.
