There are many ways to cure this, many vaccines are being tested as well as other treatment like malaria tablets...

Doesn't mean they will work, it's just experiments at this point.

No one has immunity against this particular virus barring those who recovered from it in this pandemic and even that is still unconfirmed officially by scientist; for all we know it could reinfect you in some weird scenario. There were about 200 or so cases of reinfection reported from China at one point, but the data is so far statistically unreliable and could be attributed to a false first diagnosis or a different strain of the virus.
 
I'm residing in Singapore and in our country, there's only 200> infected and 50% of that value has already been cured & discharged from hospital, so yes there's definitely a cure globally.

yes, this is very true, there are statistics that says older peoples are bound to higher chances of fatality with covid-19, and harder to cure due to their weak immune system,

There are general treating for pneumonia known and applied for decades, the thing is in those severe cases the patient is under huge pressure from fever and shortness of breathing for a long period of time which can lead to organ failure.
 
Have a healthy lifestyle. Consume a lot of natural anti oxidant. And trust your body to make the cure.
 
If your immune system is strong then you may get the virus but you will not get symptoms like mucus and fever. That's why exercise and a diet without junk foods and dairy products it's important, I would even say other foods but I would be contradicting. :)
