Possible actions from fb or google for cloaking?

Hi guys. Wondering do google and fb take any actions against cloakers except domains and accs bans? So if I cloak on real account with real personal information is it possible to get sued by google or fb or some other steps they can take against for cloaking? Or they just ban accounts and do nothing else? I talked to 3 affiliate networkl and they said that affiliates do cloak and that networks dont have issues with google or fb. Just wondering if the person who's name on the advertising account cabn get any issues. Let me know what you know. Thanks.

Heavily involved in this scene and I've never heard of it although I would be weary.

I doubt they are going to take any other action, they simply ban accounts. But FB is bitch, dont trust FB. You better use fake info with them. I can trust my enemies but not Facebook.

Usually most ad networks just ban the account and credit card.

However, I don't see this being impossible especially in the future. Facebook is getting hit hard with fake news stuff and are actively trying to stop all "bad quality ads".

I think it would really be the last straw in their arsenal if they are unable to stop fake news from being spread and it becomes a huge massive problem, then I can see how they COULD technically hold anyone spreading fake info (advertorials included) legally accountable. But as of now I don't think you have much to worry about.

For that to happen, facebook would have to lose the fight against fake news and affiliates in general, and it seems right now that they are winning in terms of controlling what circulates around.
