Can you recommend some daily positive habits that can also be provable, such as a photo, etc.? Some good ones are reading, learning a skill and waking up early. Which ones would you want to mention?
It's the combination of good habits that make them good. No habit is good for everyone. It's like a recipe. Generally though, pilates, cold showers, working on your career, are good things.
Well positive habits are the one which makes you feel better so don't go for like waking up at 4 am and etc etc etc, do what makes you feel better and makes you go ahead.
I will agree with exercise. It gets you up and away from the computer for a bit to stretch and move your body, and there's proven research about how exercising releases different beneficial chemicals into the body.
