Position ZERO - I've tried so hard.. What's missing?

Disclaimer: I have read the forums and searched for this topic already. I've asked on Quora. I've asked on Facebook groups. I've done a lot of research and put it into practice to no avail.

I've got position 1 for a certain search term. Even my image shows in the featured snippet - but not the content!

I've changed things about and can't, for the life of me, knock my competitor off position zero.

I have a H2, H3 and a Table for the search query. I won't post a link to my website, but I'll upload a picture instead.

You and you competitor have very similar content. These position 0 spots can seem pretty random at times too. While your #1 for "best hackintosh laptop" they are #1 for "hackintosh laptop", also they have the exact match in the title.
Look at their HTML and note any schema they're using as well as keyword density of the exact match. Compare to your own. It could be possible they have exactly what Google wants. Good luck!

Position zero can be fairly arbitrary. How long has your competitor been featured?
 
It appears to be random for me, sometimes I'm position zero sometimes amazon lol.
