Position on google is a relative fact. Every site is ranked by one or more keywords.
Our site's keyword is Blamads. Now if we make a search on google with the string Blamads then our site comes on position one on google search engine.

So I think you should first choose some keywords for your site and do SEO properly. And when you need to check then just make a search on google and see where your site's URL appears.

    Thanks..

queenmery is right, but if you want still to know where your position on google is for a specify keyword is use Ranktracker(free version) just google it.
