Here's an example of a video ranking strategy that incorporates a variety of the popular ranking methods in an easy to execute way:

1. Make a good video, optimize metadata, create title and thumbnail better then your competitors video so that if your videos were side by side your click through rate would most likely be higher.
2. Upload video and schedule live event or premeire. Boost video with livestream viewers or pre-premeire waiting viewers services as per method you chose.
3. Immediately after conclusion of live streamed video or premeired video, make sure video is published publicly then send fast views, likes, dislikes, comments, and social shares to match your competitors metrics, then do a slow drip feed for 1-4 weeks of views, likes and comments spread out as evenly/consistently as possible.
4. After the video is published, do some manual promotion.
