Position 1 in yahoo, 3 in bing, 39 in google, Zero Traffic

You will see from the title that I am ranking OK for a keyword that has 56,000 searches per month, in bing and yahoo at least. However, my traffic is 2 hits per day. Yes TWO!

Any thoughts?

39 is like 0 , no one will find you on google.
the 56K are broad or exact?

56K according to semrush and spyfu.

I realised that 39 isn't great but was quite pleased that I is there after only 10 weeks. However, I really thought I would have got at least one hit a day from bing/yahoo. Does no-one use it at all? Does everyone just use google now?

I can tell you on our sites we get around 3% of search traffic from yahoo and bing, 97% from Google.

Get ranking on google position 2-3, you will get traffic. Bing and yahoo don't have a much traffic like google.

Yeah sadly Bing and Yahoo make no sense at all no traffic from there.. have tested it for more than a year!!

I got 9% traffic from Bing and Yahoo on #1 place with 74k kwd searches

How do you know what is the montly search in bing or yahoo ? if you have 50k search in google that does not mean you will get same amount of search in the other engines just because not so many people use them, In fact, I personally don't know people who use bing or yahoo for search.... Also every KW beyond the first 5 spots on page 1 ...sometimes first spots on page 2 give you zero traffic. For example right now I'm ranking new KW with 1 million monthly searches but on #45 i see from google webmasters that I got total 12 hits (average 3 per day)

Big and Yahoo are good only for selective keywords, so your primary focus should be on Google to bring all the needed traffic on your website instead of focusing on Bing and Yahoo. But if you are targeting them, do your keyword research heavily and then work towards it. I have a website where I get over 30k monthly search combined Bing and Yahoo

The popularity and thus the traffic volume of Bing and Yahoo depend on your country. In Taiwan Yahoo is very popular and you'd get lots of traffic. In China you'd only get traffic from Baidu and partly Yahoo. So what search engines are popular in the countries you are targeting?
