No doubt the OP made a huge error in judgment and actually simply lied to get business.
No doubt he should refund based on those lies.
No doubt he should do it even if it pains him.
On the flip side... those of you that have ranking issues due to the work he did.
No doubt you did not do your due diligence in making sure you were getting a quality service.
No doubt you did not update your sites to make Google happy.
No doubt you did not do other backlinking to offset one kind of service so that your backlinking looked natural.
The OP has messed up for sure and it appears he is making things right monetarily but we are all personally responsible for the rankings of our own sites and if we buy a service/build bad links/not update our sites/fail to do proper off/onsite SEO we should bear the consequences.
Hammer him for the money but don't hammer him for the rankings because you are equally at fault for failing to make sure you were buying something of quality.
Especially at 357.00 a Pop!

He refunded to me so I am good now. To his defense, he actually has some decency. He screwed up, admitted and refunded. It does seem like English is not his first language so it may seem like he is trying to wiggle out of some things. But he did what was right and refunded.
I DID order from him voluntarily so buyer beware. I did not receive any reports and my rankings was affected. BUT, I have met with much worse on BHW.
Due diligence does not work on BHW. I have been burned and outright scammed by members whose name/ reputation will surprise you. At least we are able to open a shitlist for portugalkix but there are people who you cannot afford to shitlist if you value your account on BHW.
I have bought so much on BHW and while they are lots of people with integrity, its sad that many are also liars who are not any different from portugalkix. The only difference is, portugalkix was discovered and shitlisted, and eventually refunded.
I am thinking of offering my real opinion towards the BSTs that I purchased to anyone who PMs me. This is only limited to those that I bought before or providers I bought from before. This will be free of charge but my opinion is my opinion. You take it or leave it and don't bitch to me about it.

Like who? Senior members/mods have been put in the shit list before by regular members and are treated exactly the same as any other member. There is no special treatment, nor bias. Rest assured, if you have a legitimate complaint, it will be dealt with fairly.

Hmmmm, well scrapebox banned my license because I supposedly accessed their server from a cracked copy of scrapejet????? I paid for my scrapebox license and yet they will not respond to my emails or reactivate my license.
I can't see that going down too well as a shitlist thread.
