portugalkix scammer?

This thread has certainly stirred up the good side and the bad side of the BHW community.

On the one hand you have a niave young 17 year old who made the mistake all confidence tricksters and con-artists make (a sort of confession brought on by guilt) by openly admitting fooling a moderator by having multiple accounts and faking reviews to a fellow member on Skype. Providing an ill thought out and flawed business model providing a shoddy SEO service that has made him thousands in the short run, but will make him enemies and financial difficulties in the coming years.

And on the other hand you have the collective generosity of the reputable BST service providers offering their proven services for FREE to help a poor victim of this obvious scam. You all deserve a halo above your avatars here on BHW and it makes me honoured to see your BHW usernames regularly appear on BHW.

To Portugalkix:

From reading through this thread and your somewhat immature and unprofessional responses. What i really want to know is

'Why are all your accounts in the negative?'

'Is it because you have been issuing refunds?'

'Is it because you are suffering from charge-backs?'

'Is it because you are trying to con Paypal or 2CO?'

I would cut the bullshit and immediately issue a refund to concerned members right now. The sooner everyone sees posts from members who have successfully received a refund the better for you and all concerned. Don't think being all apologetic and posting nonsensical posts about not having enough funds till Tuesday will pull the wool over the eyes of members here.

This delaying tactic has been used by scammers on BHW before, so almost everyone is no longer fooled by this utter crap.

Do the right thing and at least try to salvage some scrap of dignity from this tragic situation before things get worse for you.

Nice thing for me is I'm actually learning from this thread lol. I'm working on a service for quite a while now and I bet this entire thread was a great teacher on how to (and not to) treat my clients once I launch

This proves that I can issue refunds from 2CO. That order was from 2CO. The others refund claims are made on Paypal.

Still can't understand the Paypal being in the negative though, thought all Paypal accounts were tied to a bank account???

That proves you didn't read my posts. Why do you talk if you don't know what happens?

I found a way to refund from Paypal also even if my balance is negative. Revolate should confirm receiving of refund.

Will do my best to refund others as soon as possible.

I can confirm I've received a refund. I can now stop Pressing F5 to refresh this thread. 13-14 hours later. Thank god.

Nice to see a situation end in a semi-happy outcome. So many members have not been so lucky in the past.

portugalkix you have partly salvaged your rep on BHW with what you have just done. Don't take the criticism too hard, this is what happens when people panic and everyone thinks you are just another big scammer.

Just learn from the experience!

What happened is a big shame. I purchased a heavy package and I have asked portugal for a refund and he has graciously accepted. He's a young kid who made a mistake that he will hopefully learn from. In my eyes, he's showing that he isn't a "Scammer" just by still being here and giving a refund. A scammer would have been long gone with everyone's money. He screwed up and now he's paying the price. From chatting with him on skype, he doesn't seem like a bad kid. I'm sure we've all done things in our past we're not too proud of to make $$$.

Still havnt got my refund yet he told me to wait till tuesday

im gonna disagree there base, i would say if he full fills his refunds, takes a step
back and breaths, takes in all that has been said in the long thread,
takes on board the generosity shows by bhw and some of its membes
and mods , turns this negative experience into something positive
and learns how to be an honest and productive member from this he might
turn himself around.

no1 on bhw is perfect none of us, no1 here can sit in
judgment on another and infer there perfect because alot of us here are not.
we make mistakes / we screw up / some people give us the chance to learn
and grow from that mistake to be a better person. some... do not...

ive seen so many donors recently banned and scam for thousands of $
recently, i say wait and see what he does.. the mods have the power to
ban him, but no1 has the right to say your reputation as that is history... shot... gone... trashed
just once ide love to see some1 who makes a complete screw up turn it round.

hes young - has alot to learn - i hope he makes it.
giving encouragement often can make a better person
in the end. i hope he turns out to be 1 with the lesson
he will take from this. time will tell. but lets not pre judge
anyone deserves redemption if there sincere

its very useful thread- i learnt 2 things:
- use bst's from only reputable members and there is onlyh very few here in my opinion
- i will never go for any discounted reviews because you might end up with amateur playing with your sites ( doesn't apply to threads run by rep members)
don't know if portugalkix should be banned, it will be mods decision if he stays though he shouldnt be able to open new bsts.

I beg to disagree, mate.
Like I said in my previous post, this dude deserves a big ass ban hammer even if he refunds his buyers'.. Two very clear reasons for it:

• He tricked a mod to get his BST approved
• He used multiple accounts
• He tricked his customers with fake self-created testimonials

Again I'm no one to decide whether to ban someone or not... It is just my opinion that people like him should be booted from BHW right away.

I feel really bad due to these shitty people BHW BST loosing reputation.

bk071, I don't remember that I said I don't deserve a ban. If you look closely (before to talk shit) I said that I know what I've done but I JUST WISH to be online on BHW to settle things. After I will send all reports and complete all orders I will get my ban.
