I didn't purchase this service, but I have sympathy for those who were misled and did. Of course you have to be careful and I agree you that due diligence is needed, but for those who did purchase and are upset do not want to hear someone slating their poor decision.

It's still not possible to issue refund. I just tried few minutes ago... I do have a card attached but is 0. I will put money on it on Tuesday right in a second I will get the money from 2CO and I will issue all refunds. I said once that I will refund everyone.

Dont press refund when you get the dispute! Just ignore it or better write in the reply box something like " I scammed people and they wants refunds" so they will 100% get their refunds! You dont have to do anything else! Paypal will close the dispute and give money back! (yes if you dont have them they will get them dont worry and dont post again about it)

Maybe he can't stop them. I can't divulge my methods here but there are ways to create the links almost all at once but have Google index them in a delayed manner so it looks like they're created over a long period of time. However, at least in the way I personally do it it can be impossible to stop the process once initiated.
Maybe i can suggest some thing to help you out. Tell me:
1. How old is your site (since deployed with content, NOT the domain)
2. How many pages it has?
3. How many backlinks, distinct domains, distinct C-classes?
4. What PR?
5. How many good links (e.g. editorial, guest posts, from trusted sites, high PR, etc.)?
6. For this BST have you sent him the 2 URLs for 2 inner pages OR for homepage and 1 inner page?
7. What kind of anchor text profile you have? Basically I'm interested if it's very varied or you focused on certain keywords a lot.
Basic idea, which works only if you sent him 2 URLs bot for inner pages but NOT for the homepage. If you gave him to build links to the homepage the method doesn't work.
You sacrifice those 2 pages. You can take the content and move it to 2 new URLs. Ideally I'd recommend you rewrite the content from scratch. Delete those 2 URLs (posts) and make sure the site responds with a 404 HTTP header (page not found). DO NOT 301 from old URL to new URL. This will basically make all links to point to nonexistent pages so they should not affect you (assuming they would otherwise affect you).
Now, you might not want to do that if those pages are ranking well and have PR and backlinks to them and all that. It is the only way I can think that can save you from a negative link effect though. However, if your site has high PR, plenty of great links and authority and those pages also have great links to them and PR and authority and all that you are likely not to be affected by the links he built even if they are crap.
So basically you have to think about it, weight your options and take a decision.

I've seen this happen before...and I just wanted to make sure it was the same way, so I called Paypal just now to confirm what I remembered.
Someone files a dispute, and Paypal refunds them. Paypal tries your card, if it doesn't accept, they try again in 2-3 days. They'll do that twice before they will just turn your account negative. All this is YOUR problem, not the people wanting a refund. You can get overdraft charges though. Again, your problem. He was happy to reassure me that they would get their money back.

having thousands of truly unique articles from a bunch of wikis is not a problem? But having translated and spun unreadable crappy articles is? really? If you ever end up in google's crosshairs you're get penalized manually in both cases because those are not solid editorial links - which is all that google officially accepts you to have. So the question is would you get penalized algorithmically? That has to do probably the least with the human detectable quality of the articles and more with a bunch of other factors, especially anchor text variation and link velocity. Looking at that link you gave me all I can say I have links from worse content than that, just not to my main sites since I don't want to risk at all.
Another thing is I do not believe in n0follow links. In other words n0f0llow for me is useless in any way at any tier. Others (most) do not agree with me on that. So I do not see how that link could have helped you (MediaWiki is n0f0llow) or hurt you anyway...
I've looked at that BST and he only said "unique" article. Seems his understanding of unique is different than yours. From a blackhat perspective for me personally "loading a cat with the stoplights hanging above on a bench in the middle of the park, made me think that loosing weight is not that bad" is perfectly acceptable as unique.
I would personally not even bother about those links he built ever having a chance to affect my site in a negative way if my site had some age, trust and decent links already. It would probably just boost it even more if enough links are d0follow. If it is a fresh site the problem is not the quality of that content he posted but the link velocity, no anchor text variation and the fact that those links (spread over 7-14 days) become 100% of your links which is not a great idea. All those 2 factors, you and everybody who ordered the service knew about in advance. You knew there are just 2 URLs and 2 keywords, spread on 7-14 days. Hence in my book the only thing i can accuse the guy of is cheating with the multiple accounts and fake reviews and not describing his methodology in super detailed way.

He's or someone he hired are running AMR blast on mostly AA article directories on non-indexed domains.
All I want him to do is stopping the AMR campaign and exporting the link list and giving me login info. I can even delete the articles myself before they get indexed, I've checked the ones that I found and they are not indexed yet.
This would take him 10 minutes but instead he keep on bullshitting me:

Since it's non-english I've been creating only local links and bookmarking links and they are pretty useless end of the day.
I gave him 2 urls for the frontpage and inner page. I know I can create the inner page, the front page are most likely screwed, but I dunno, since he used misspelled anchors and hoping Google will punish me for the typo and not actual anchor.
I've done one good thing though, and that is using anchor variation when creating the links and I'm planning to do so even more by adding some high pr actual page ******** blog comments using non-anchor keywords and hope that will help

But you have to admit he had an awesome sales thread + comments (fake?) I wanted to order as well.... But had some sort of bad feeling and went for mohsinmajestics service instead.
So he might not be good in seo, but he can sell shit. But what I think is a bad thing for a liar is admitting stuff like you do in the thread, gives you a weak point and you'll ruin your status forever.

The site was on page 1 yahoo and bing for my main kw and page 4 on google
