And the list goes on and on. portugalkix you're a scammer and if you have any dignity left, refund those people that have spent money on your so called 'immune' system which will only hurt their site in the long term, if it has not already.

Also, I have seen portugalkix say that he accepted Moneybookers. How about refunding through Moneybookers?

Portugal, the situation seems to be getting worse and worse each time you write a post here on the thread.

If the Mods don't mind, I wouldn't mind spending 15 minutes of my time to go on Teamviewer with Portugal and he can show me if he is actually unable to send refunds from 2checkout and Paypal. Firstly, sending refunds on 2CO is 100% possible - so Id LOVE to see what the issue is with Portugal.

So please let me know if you are up for that. And no, don't post pictures as they can easily be edited. Teamviewer > prove to me what you are saying is true and that can help you in this case. You need to get their trust!

I have another alternative option for you which may be possible: I assume you already have some money left in your bank account, right? (You claim to have made thousands with the service thread)- so why don't you just pay using the funds in that card/bank? You can easily get the client to send you an invoice and when you are on the checkout page, you can click - "Don't have a Paypal account" and then you can pay by card. This should be a do-able action..

You wallowed in a pond that was too deep for you, thinking you could outsmart the bigger fish.
Instead of making excuses you need to come up with a credible repayment plan.

This thread is so amusing. First off I see people complaining more about how he did the BST, many accounts, fake reviews, etc. than problems with the BST results. Then I see people panicking. Then I see people picking up on the fact he outsourced everything for $15 (which might actually be a misinterpretation out of context and there's no way to know - i just think $15 is too little).

People if you are too dumb (excuse my harsh language but is necessary) to figure out if a service is good or not, then first learn SEO and then order a service. WTF are you expecting? The net is full of people who offer ineffective services and if you don't know how to analyze them and make the right decision it is YOUR mistake. You can not compensate for your lack of SEO understanding by using SEO services, it just doesn't work like that. That guy who ordered the service for his money site, called "his baby", you sir deserve the big prize for being a naive, believing noob. You NEVER EVER not in a fking million years run the first time a service you have no knowledge about on your money sites. NEVER! You first build a satellite site on a throwaway domain or even on a web 2.0 free blog, run the service on that and wait at least 1-2 months after you receive the report to make sure it is not dangerous to do it on your money site.

What this guy did is nothing. Think that you could be scammed by pros for a lot more money. The net is full of scammers and whining like a pussy won't keep them away from you. Start to use your brain, that's why you have it.

If the OP really did $10k congrats to him. If he payed $15 outsourced to make $300 sale, again congrats to gim. If he is 17 yo and did all this congrats to him again for taking action.

For having that discussion in skype and risking to get exposed for not being honest, he deserves a donkey hat for being a moron. If you scam, trick, break rules, etc. at least fking make sure there's no way to bite you in the ass later. Complete fail for getting caught. I'm not naive enough to expect the net to be a 3yo playground where sht like this doesn't happen so I won't point a finger at scammers or folks like this guy who write their own reviews and lie and whatever he did. I do point a finger for being lame enough to get caught though. I mean if you go sneaky at least do it right.

For me it's simple:
1. Those who ordered, I hope you learned a valuable lesson. Next time you will think and analyze and test before you risk. Looking at that sales thread I doubt it's going to affect you much - they're just not that many links. But to be safe just do some ******** blasts with very random anchor texts and many URL anchors (E.g. http:/mysite.com/some-page).

2. Service provider guy is smoked. Doesn't even matters if you ban him or not he will never get customers from BHW and probably not from other IM forums either. One thing I want to tell him is scamming, lying and quick-hits are not a good business model. A good business model is where you provide at least a decent service if not an awesome one and get your customers hooked and addicted to you so they will come back again and again. And customer support does play a great role in keeping them happy.

3. Mods here get involved and try to do what's right and all that. If you ask me you service buyers should not even bother them or demand from them such things. They're caught in the middle but is not their responsibility. They do their best to ensure the BST is ok and you will get a good service and all that but from how i see it if you loose money online or get scammed or are unhappy with a service it is mostly your fault regardless of how that happened.

Yes, from earlier today.
He was telling me he didn't have any money too, but I told him the links are more important, stop those first and delete them or give me account info so I can delete them myself.

Madoctopus- It appears that you don't mind the fact that Portugal is heavily embroiled in deceit, which shouldn't be approved of. Also, what you say about testing services first is probably correct, but it easy to tell others this in hindsight... I'm sure they are hurting, and being told they fucked up won't be too appreciated!

i didn't missed the context mate. this is a case where the guy actually is still reachable. maybe you get him to stop. what would have happened if he just ran away, your site got penalized and you never knew why... think about it. that's why i said you should never run services directly on money sites. is just not healthy for them.

look. lots of years ago I bought about 1000 links from 1000-blog network. all blogs on same ip, same exact article on entire network. worked great. at that time google had no filters against that. during its lifetime that site made me probably $20k. It didn't even got penalized when google introduced the filter for this because meanwhile it had aquired lots of great links naturally and most of those links vanished for some reason. Thing is, 1 year later I launched a new site and did the same thing. After 3 days I was having loads of traffic and great positions in google. 1 week later i was penalized and had zero traffic. The guy did exactly what it said on the tin - he gave me 1000 posts on 1000 blogs. I didn't knew that doesn't work anymore so I lost about 50 pages of unique content and a domain. However, even penalized within the next 2 years just with traffic from yahoo that site payed for itself. Bottom line: it is you who has to know what you're doing, why and what effects it will have. You don't, you pay. Simple as that. I know it's painful as hell (i've been there) but take this as a lesson and make it so it helps you become a better entrepreneur instead of using it to feed feelings that affect you in a negative way.

I was one of those dumbasses who bought the service. Main reason was because of the fake reviews and decent sales page. As soon as I received the report I noticed something was wrong. I do however agree with you on some of your points.

Thats what making me mad.
He's still reachable and if he wants he can stop the campaign, but instead he keeps on running, I just received a pingback 30 mins ago.
I've been asking him for over 48 hours but it seems like this is going to continue for the next 2 weeks.

After I pressed "Issue refund" button. Every refund claim is on Paypal. I don't have any dispute on 2CO (for those wondering why I don't refund from 2CO). Single way to deposit money in Paypal is when I will have money from 2CO (Tuesday). Is clear or my english is bad again?
