Port Scanning Data Center Proxies Question

Hey guys I know some folks port scan for datacenter proxies.

My question is, I thought all data center proxies were authenticated.
So , what's the deal with scraping them, are some of them open, are you cracking the authentication or what?

personally i scan for open isp proxies
done it for 10 yrs... no problems issues
i dont scan for private proxies req authentication

OK, you don't, but many do, I am wondering why since they are all authenticated as you confirmed...

Are they hoping to find some open, or do they crack them?

Just something I have been wondering do you happen to know?

no1 on bhw will answer your question talking about
hacking proxies authentication might get u banned

nothing personal but i dont search for proxies requiring
authentication , only open usable public proxies
