I found a cam website where some famous pornstars are .
they give non-free show of course

with a desktop videos recorder i can scrap there show and i thought i could sell these videos directly on my website
i'm wonderring if i have the right to do this , these videos are not own by any producer .

More infos about legal issue ?

I am pretty sure this can't be legal. Just check T&C of the site more careful

This is interesting and at least questionable if it is legal or not. It might be considered as some kind of "dynamically generated content of the website", and in that case, it is under copyright like anything else.

So I mean, I would say... it's nearly the same like downloading a picture from other website and using it on your own... In fact, you should not do that, but how many such operations are done every day? 100 million? :)
 
Does not mean that if i PrintScreen a image from istockphoto i have the right to use the image. I think is the same thing here.
 
obviously you don't have the right, you're not even allowed to record those shows, all pictures & streaming media is owned by the website, but i'm guessing you can find this info in their TOS

there's not too much special about it, you can find pornstars for example on liv3jasmin.c0m as well like kara n0vak, sandra ir0n etc., i think there's a separate section for them at least there was when i last checked, i can't seem finding it now tho
 
I would also like to have this URL. For educational purposes of course.
