I would like to ask you, if i can create similar website like a pornhubdownload and if i need some special permission.
As far as i know, such a website is acting like a search engine, so there should not to be some legal problems.

thank you for feedback, i really appreciate it. I wrote to pornhub month ago, and still get no answer.
So you mean dmca ignored hosting, right? Ok i will try it.

But i am wondering, how for example company like a wp-script is dealing with this stuff.
They have porn mass-embedder(software) for pornhub, xhamster etc. So wp-script have a special
contract with pornhub and other porntubes as a partner, or wp-script have disclaimer for their software?

See to save customers time for upload developers do everything while plugin develop only and no one can proxy players ( There is one player which supports proxy but highly advanced level ) . So its developer choice to get permission or not.

Just make sure you have real offshore hosting companies claim that they really ignore complaints but at the end they buzz you again.
