i dont know what this is or why it's happening but but 3 vids on pornhub scoring some good views and sending decent raffic i have around 50k views but today i noticed the lack of traffic. loged to my pornhub account to find only 36 views counting , the vids are still there but when i click on any of them i get a message " this video isn't availble in your country 0.o

Oh that happened to me once as well! The video thumbnail showed the message ' Taken down due to claim by content owner' (or something similar) and after I refreshed the page, it showed me ' this video isn't availble in your country'.
Pornhub also doesn't allow duplicate videos so that could be the reason as well.

My videos get ghosted quickly. Uploading videos on PH seems to be impossible for me.

When you start seeing your views counts in the profile ( the videos YOU have watched) and you do not see anymore the data about how many of YOUR videos have been watched, it means PornHub has shadowbanned you. You profile is there but the videos you uploaded do not appear in results, also when you try uploading new videos it will take forever converting and will never be seen by anyone. PornHub is manually toroughly checked so there is nothing you can do, even if you create a new profile it will end the same way..
Not surprising really but you could try uploading a lower resolution one? or add a logo snippet to the start, middle and end of the video if you are watermarking? But yea id say they are pretty gapped with their checks
