I didn't know what section to open this up in.

I am in the process of diversifying my income streams and I am noticing a number of amateur channels starting on Xvideos and Pornhub, "Catching Gold Diggers" comes to mind.

Now, you can probably guess where this is going but I am interested in the process of how one would start a porn production company.

Unfortunately, Australia has some pretty grey porn laws so it's a risk even for a law person like myself.

Countries of interest:

  • Asia (of course)
  • South Americas
  • Europe (not sure which country is best)
Interested to hear if any BHW members have experience or know of someone who started their own porn production.

Europe is popular for porn production because the laws are somewhat more relaxed.

Countries like Hungary, Czech Republic and Ukraine are very popular for it because there's a good deal of poor and economically hit areas with less opportunities available.

Odessa, Ukraine used to be well known area where sad, awkward men from America would travel to do get a "mail order bride". It's probably safer and easier for them to do porn than to travel across the world to marry some 58-65 year guy that they depend on entirely.
 
If you can add the United States to your list that might help as well. Many other countries have porn production companies. Another idea would be to find some good porn affiliate companies and ask some of the porn affiliate managers who have been in the business a while. They would be able to help you find out the best way to start your own porn production business in your particular country of interest(s).
 
Europe is the best by the law.

Asia seems attractive but you would be surprise by how many countries you can go to jail by doing porn, thailand, philippines... so check good

But to clarify my question - How would someone go into production?

yes, many people think it's chill but be careful I know people who went to jail there for this AND camgirl stuff... people think thailand is chill with sex but it's not true, if you are the unlucky one you are fucked...

to start a company you need to check the law according to your country to register, if you want to be a company and not a simple amateur on a website.
 
I don't know why you think Asia is a good place to do porn production.

Anything related to sex, in most Asia countries, is still sensitive and complicated issue. In my country, you can be jailed for being caught of having sex outside marriage in a hotel room. But you are free to do so in a red district with a "pro". It's complicated.

Do the police actively seeking for adulterous couples? No they don't. Those corrupt pricks only do such thing when they need publicity or need money.

But even if you can bribe the local police, there's still some norms they don't dare to break to avoid inciting public anger.
