watermark other videos and post them on other porn sites? i think that would be a good place to start. Quite sure you could get ads up and running as well but you gotta source for someone willing to display porn ads.

For porn sites, social media is the good one for promoting. Publish small videos or attractive videos on social media you can get organic traffics

upload video in other porn web like xvideo, pornhub etc. make sure to watermark those video or add 5 second slide in the beginning with your website name
