How do you plan to monetize it? SOI/DOI offers? You could get 1k views and 0 conversions. I think you need to find a REALLY good offer that doesn't seem like a scam in order for it to convert.

I´ve just come across an old xvideos channel that I´ve had for 3 years and has 68 videos - 5,278,202 views.
Would it be a good idea to re-title the videos and their descriptions in order for it to get new/more hits?

Go for it! If you manage to get millions of views per video you can EASILY earn good money. Just add intro and outro + watermark the video (Its allowed on xxxvideos, Pornhub, YouPorn and xnxx.)
