Thinking about making a porn tube in order to monetize off the ads, but wondering what is the legality behind all of this? Pornhub allows you to embed any videos and I'm sure any other sites do too so if I'm doing that It would be completely legal right?

It is legal depending on the law in your country. But the real question is how are you planning to get traffic?
Lack of original content will be a problem. There are hundreds of thousands of embedded tubes out there. What are you going to do to make your tube special?

Have been getting good success with a traffic source, I think I will be able to keep them in based on the niche.
Should I do it thorugh wordpress? Wondernig mainly if I will have to buy the wordpress premium to get custom themes or if there is ways around that.

Yes you should use wordpress premium. Make sure you don't face any copyright issues because you may lack original content. And most importantly, it depends on the law of your country.

Embedding videos is perfectly legal as long as porn is allowed in your target country.
If it's going to be just another tube site full of embedded videos and you are going to monetize only with ads then you need alot of traffic for dirty cheap price to make any real profit.
If that's the case then your best bet is organic search traffic (surprise). The trick with ranking a tube site is to put some effort to those videos. It's not going to work if you just use a mass embed script to rip the videos from big tube sites with copied titles and descriptions. Write your own titles and try to write long descriptions to every video with original content. Also make sure that the tube site you get the videos from is not too aggressive with their own advertisement because that's going to steal a lot of your visitors. For example red tube uses pop unders if you embed their video, pornhub is less aggressive.

Yea planning on embedded all the videos by hand I want quality over quantity. I have been looking at some domains and think there is some that would be able to do really well.

For picking a domain, should I pick one with keywords in my niche? Or should I just start one? Found a site that shows expired domains and theres one with like 660 backlinks already and 98k alexa rank, not sure if that is good or not.
Yea I've got my niche started, already started a subreddit that is actually getting a lot of views and subscribers, I think because I have posts at the top of other subreddits and they are clicking on my profile but not really sure. Didn't realize that you need wordpress business to be able to upload custom themes thought it was just premium. Not sure if I want to invest the $300 in it to just test it out, I wish that wordpress offered a monthly plan.

No, if your hosting it yourself you can upload whatever you want. Which is probably a better (and cheaper) route than going wp prem. Just make sure the hosting company is ok with porn. Most hosts have software to installing WordPress so its as easy as click a button.

WP-Script is very good and very well supported, please don’t use leaked copies.

Oh wow I'm an idiot been looking at wordpress.com instead of wordpress.org. Didn't even have to buy the upgrade at all, this is awesome news though I could invest some money somewhere else, like better hosting or a good theme for the website. Right now looking for really good themes before I start it.

Yes they do allow you to embed their videos, there are many plug ins that can even automate this process.

I found a pretty awesome theme I think it will work well, now I am looking for a good video embedder plugin. Something able to track views and stuff like that.
