Those are pre-roll or VAST ads. My recommendation is to only use them if you have a substantial amount of traffic, as their rates tend to be quite low.

Geos are Usa, Uk, Canada and Australia
 
this is a list of networks for adult ads, i personally used exoclick to generate about 30k a month with adult ads a few years back, but i was using an exploit that they have since closed, ad quality is good though.

Hi

The ads you want to make can be run on FB and Inst. So for example when people view feeds, stories or Reels they will see your ads and over time they will be optimized for your target audience as more and more interested people will click on them and from these actions algorithms will search for similar audiences.

But there is a problem in running ads with 18+ content, but personally I can bypass Meta moderation, I don't know how you are doing it
 
I often encounter ads inserted in the middle of videos. Does anyone know what that is called? I often watch short videos on Facebook. And there are always ads inserted in the middle of the video.
 
if you're referring to adult content ads, it's best to steer clear of those if your site isn't related to that niche.

Any person paying for those "skip after 5 seconds" ads is a sucker. When you pay for advertising, you want the consumer to view THE ENTIRE AD !
