No, you don't have to contact them just leave it be. Next time try to find amateur videos and use a proxy if possible.

Ok thanks! I always upload amateur videos, so i really don't know what happened this time and got this notice. Maybe because i put my watermark or something, i really don't know.

If it was a copyright takedown then that means either the system flagged it or it was reported by the owner.

Ok folks. I started an account here just to share my experiences about a similar issue and what the outcome was, because it had me terrified too. I hope this will bring you some peace of mind. This personal experience of mine was a nightmare for a few days but everything turned out fine.
I had put together some old video clips of me doing.... Things. Then I got creative and added a soundtrack to my video. It got nailed of course and the video was suspended. Naturally, seeing the warning they post about 'awaiting legal documents was terrifying. But just to reinforce what others have said, if you screw up like this you just get a warning. If you do it three times, you are banned.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT LEGAL ACTION!
However, that was just the start.
You see I was using a doll in this video.... for things you might imagine. GoogleSafeAPI picked this up as underaged content, and my second attempt at posting the video got suspended. So by this point I was just mortified. Here was this vid, flagged as having underaged content. (some of these dolls -do- look young) And really this is an excellent safeguard they have against people posting up truly wrong and reprehensible stuff. In this case I simply initiated a dispute, professionally explained that it was indeed just a doll in the video and for them to please look at it. A few days later they got to the dispute and immediately cleared my video and now it's up fine.
I wanted to share my experience to try and resolve your fears if you run into issues like this on XV.
IN CONCLUSION: Don't be dumb like I was and put music or anything copyrighted in your vids and you will be fine. Also know that SafeAPI will pick up and suspend -anything- that remotely looks like it even could be underaged content. In this case just dispute it, they will get back to it in a few days and clear it, once human eyes actually see what it is.
You will be fine.
