1/-download adult movies, cuts them into 8-10 minutes video.
2/-remove the watermark/crop it or whatever.
3/-make an outro to send them to my website or whatever for full video
4/- upload the video to websites with good traffic.
5/-repeat the process?

Well let me tell you that 'consistency' only is not enough. Nowadays you need upvoters, fake view boosters, comment posters, and few other things which i wont post publicly. So unless you have bots that can do all these things and you can upload at least 20 videos across 5 biggest porn sites then you are wasting your time with reupload.
