Why bother "stealing" from the big sites? Why not sign up as an affiliate? This will allow you to use their clips and pics legally. Then you can add a possible income stream other than ads to your site. I dabbled in porn and personally, I never had any issues. The road I took was using clips and optimizing them with unique written content.
I drove traffic from Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Tumblr etc. I still have many of those sites online and they still bring in money. And that is without any direct promotion now. My best advice is to just try and find a unique angle. And if you want to succeed, you are going to have to be original. Whether that is producing your own written, movie, or photographic content.
As to your other questions...you really don't need a team. There are many themes and plugins that will allow you to easily import videos in. The premium zone, I would be careful adding in other companies content, but this is a black hat forum, so just tread carefully.
You can make money by affiliate programs or placing ads throughout your site....there are many possibilities.
