This is what it says in Pornhub's terms and conditions:

Pornhub provides an "Embeddable Player" feature, which you may incorporate into your own personal, non-commercial websites for use in accessing the materials on the Website.

Does this mean i can't embed their videos in my porn tube site? because it would be considered commercial and not personal by them :'(

Just embed their videos, don't be so paranoid about that policy. It's just like you installing software, don't read the terms, just accept the agreement :D

There is still a lot of other porn sites out there if you don't want to use porn hub.

lmao, omg do you also never sneak in food to movie theaters or drive 5 mph over the limit?

    "pornhub said i couldn't" hahahahaha

if you need to clear your conscience, embed them in a blog or a .net/.org TLD.

edit: or straight up rip the videos, maaaybe edit the length or add a slide, and upload to your site.

Blog's aren't "commercial" they're informational, and .com is the commercial TLD. - a true, but hilarious troll of an argument you send back to them if they bitch and whine to you. I've used this in a different type of situation, and all I got back was wall texts of flamehate, and i put it through text-to-voice and pissed my rug laughing.

You don't get sued off the bat for something like this, you'll get a contact, then another, then maybe contact from a lawyer, and maybe an email cease and desist, but until your host talks to you or you get something in the mail, it's not really anything. A TOS is not legally binding unless it proves it is, and depending on where servers or you are located, it might be out of jurisdiction.

Further, I'd be surprised if they would ever sue anyone, because that would just open up so many doors for legal investigation into their practices again.

fatbap, you're a free person, you're not hurting anyone, you're on BHW. Be smart, go make money.

I don't agree with this! Op was right to read over the terms set by Porn Hub in their service agreement. At the same time I do agree with LakeForest, they would most likely contact you first requesting you remove their content before taking any legal action.

I'm really trying to think of the benefit in doing so.
Are there any content lockers that work with Porn?
