Will I get into legal trouble if I am embedding porn from major porn sites?

Should I go offshore or it is not necessary? No porn is hosted in my server. Everything is embedded.

i think you won't get into any trouble just by embedding the videos

you should be fine - times by times you will need to delete one or another post, but you should be fine if you use major xxx tubes where you get your embed codes from.

Off-shore, hm.. That might be good for you though. Doesn't matter if it's porn or movie site, you should have a level of precaution.

I deeply recommend @MrDarkFlame and AlexHost for this matter.

Embed is OK, Set yourself up an acct with all the major players...They encourage embedding, Thats why most have a link for embed
