porn embedding on wordpress adult script

hi, is this even legal to make porn tube using adult script with embedded videos from xvideos/pornhub?
ill use offshore hosting and domain for sure but what's the worst scenario here? might be worse than taking down my site?

Yes. It's legal. You can use their embed codes for your tube. When you do that, they can put their ads while your visitors watching the videos. So its a win win situation for both side. But nowadays most of webmasters using players that can stop their ads and visitors redirection scene. That is a ilegal. If they found that you did that, they will ban your ip. But you can use another ip however. Those are the points that you should know.

Its breaking the site policy of xvideos. That's kind of law that um talking about.
