For Content Partner Program you need to have a paysite or be a cam model of some sort.

Regarding the CPP, you need:

1. Good paysite.
   
2. Affiliate links to give to xVideos - so they will earn too.

This is all general knowledge, as all of the tubes require you (the paysite owner) to give them an affiliate link. They usually are too busy or lazy to answer emails or to reply back. But it's surely worth getting a paysite and setting up channels on the big tubes.

Your best bet is to upload and see for yourself what rates you'll get.
