cpar = cpa redirector .... just do a search here, you'll find it.
IT IS CPA REDIRECTOR, it functions just like double meta refresh just that it shows a fake referral to your AM if they check your traffic source
even if they accept adult content, most of them will not be happy to see that your traffic is from incentive page, that why it always good to hide or fake it
