I remembers the days when the youtube trending page was filled this type of shit videos, but they fixed it really soon. I think tiktok might also have fixed that. that's why you aren't able to find it again.

I don't know which social network has the strongest moderation, but tiktok has the best, there video content 18+ will not last long for sure
