I am Registering a .org domain through porkbun for the period of 3 years and its costing me $28.

What do you suggest guys? Shall i go ahead and purchase it or use another registrar?

PS: Do not want to use godaddy.

I have a couple domains with them for close to 3 years now. I have yet to face any issue.

I have a 1 year domain with them and never got a problem with them. One of the good points is that they offer free whois guard unlike some other companies who get money for it

Porkbun is one of the best registrars out there. I've been with them for quite a while now.

It is a good registrar, never had an issue dealing with them they also accept crypto which is cool

I find all these gimmicky cheap 1st year places to be an illusion as they just have really hiked prices come the second year onwards. I buy domains with the plan to renew them over the long haul so ends up worse using a gimmick 1st year 99cents type of thing.

That's generally true, but Porkbun has one of the cheapest renewal prices too besides 1st year prices.
