Popunder/Pop-Up ad networks?

Anybody got a list of good ones? I've tried a few and been scammed but ones I'm working with now that are really good are:

adcash.com
popads.net
adsterra.com
cpmstar.com

One I want to replace: popcash.net (pays 1/6 of the others)

Any suggestions? Need one with paypal payout and good rates
