You better use mainstream ads network if you don't want bot traffic because they all have one. Go for Facebook, Bing, Pinterest, Reddit, Google and such. There you'll completely avoid bot traffic.

Depends on your business model what traffic is profitable for you.
When I run media buying campaigns to pre-landers it is totally unprofitable to use say Google.
