Just wondering if any thoughts or stats on what website businesses are most in demand (selling fast) these days?

I'm guessing because of corona these are more in demand;
drop shipping
ecommerce sites
social media/video/SEO marketing related

What are your thoughts?

I think I can answer my own question after some further research on etsy and shopify and businesses that sold on ebay / flippa...

Pets - Anything Pets related! The new children of modernia.
Crafts and paper supplies.
Clothing or luxury fashion items
Social media and marketing related.

I would say those with good numbers and those that are easy to manage. Like the ones you suggested.

If any site earning some X amount per month then it will sold quickly

If you're just looking to flip websites on Flippa, the types of websites that you listed are definitely selling, but I would suggest that you look at the actual sales histories of the sites that have been selling.

Also, look at the three-month window—you will see that there's a pattern emerging.

A lot of the sites may seem like pretty straightforward starter sites that anybody could build, but if you look under the hood, so to speak, it turns out that a lot of them were relisted several times before they actually sold.

That's a red flag!

So once you get a clear view of what really sells the first time around, then you will be able to isolate the niches that you should be gunning for.

Don’t let first impressions throw you off because Flippa can be very deceptive that way.

Of course, that's unintentional—it’s just the way the system is set up.
