Besides, getting on the popular page is really not so simple. Here are a few tips:
Your account should be at least 3 months old.
The picture will need to get ~20% of its likes from followers.

It's close to impossible for someone to get to the top just by requesting for it. Just like anything else, it requires hard work and experience. If you are not contributing much and haven't participated enough, it's unlikely you will get to the popular page. If it's okay to ask, why do you want to be on the popular page right away? I joined this forum for a completely different reason.
