PopCash / PopAds + CPA Grip?

Hi , three short questions:
1.pop traffic is allowed one cpa grip?
2.if it's allowed , should i give it a shot?
3.should i use a tracker?

I have some LP's type (Sweepstakes)
- i never promote it by (direct link)

As a lp builder i used LeadsLeap (cause it's free)

I was thinking to test it.. but i'm worried about that i will don't have any leads after all...other options?
