Popads vs PropellerAds - Which is better for beginner?

I am a beginner and I want to start a campaign using pop traffic.
Between PopAds and PropellerAds, which network is better for a low budget? Which one has cleaner traffic?

why dont you just compare the traffic quality, conversion rate, and overall ROI after you have enough data. That will give you a much better idea of which one works for your particular offer because i dont know the niche you are into and offer you want to work on

Taking all these factors into account you will get the cheapest real traffic from Google and bing as a beginner.

honestly search ads like google are totally different, if you want to learn pop then stick to pop. for a really low budget popads is easier to start because the minimum deposit is only 10 bucks, but the traffic can be super noisy and you need a good tracker to filter out the junk. propellerads has cleaner traffic and better targeting features imo but the min deposit is 100. if you can swing the 100 deposit go with propeller, otherwise start with popads but prepare to spend time blocking bad placements.

From your explanation, propeller ads will best suit your purpose. The downside is you complained of budget. Propeller ads ain't cheap. But they help you do all the work and pull in a decent traffic. Since you are low on budget, go for popads but be ready to manually sort out somethings.
