PopAds vs PopCash?

Disclamer: I ll start to say that i'am a beginner into affiliate marketing, i ve promoted clickbank offers with Google Ads/Microsoft Ads, did some sales but not that good of a profit...YET

I want to get into CPA Email submit/surveys/leads and stuff, i ve subsribed to some cpa networks: CpaGrip, Maxbounty(not accepted yet,submited today), CpaLead,...

I want to promote an offer from CpaLead using one of PopAds or PopCash, ik they maybe a better option but my choice is also about the minimum deposit. I want to familiarize a bit with this type of offers then maybe going to better Ads platforms.

So what of PopAds or PopCash would you advice me to use? i will also use Bemob for tracking.
Also, please any helpful advice/posts sharing would be extermely helpful.

I have tried both of them and I think PopAds traffic is better quality.

PopAds, I was using them for years and never had any problems. To be honest, I was even surprised.
Not sure how they do today, but I guess they are ok.
