Hi, I've registered on Popads and found in campaign targeting section this message:
"Due to our risk management policies, we regret to inform that we cannot sell you traffic from certain countries. These restricted geotargeting options will be hidden from the countries list."
There are only a bunch of third tire countries available to me. Does anyone know what is the reason for this and how can it be fixed?
