Hello Proxygo, I hope you are enjoying "retirement"!

I used to get Papa. Don't got no Papa here now. It used to come with a pepper or two. Where are the peppers? I just see the garlic sauce!

I could go for some pizza, but I think I will make a sandwich instead. We don't have Papas nor Dominos here. Just local eateries. They are pretty fucking good. I'd eat some tonight but umm, I got these cold cut sandwiches man.... I will be in turkey, ham, and roast beef heaven while you swim in cheese and pepperonis.

my weekly meals consist of the following

2 fish cakes and salad 3x a week. Mon / Wed / Fri

Sunday its steamed chicken breast with some greens / roasties

Tues / Thurs / Sat - means vary in any order.

2 Bacon sandwiches. thats lean bacon cooked on a George foreman
grill to remove any fat or grease. [ i cut out using any bottled oil 2 yrs ago ]

cod fish finger cobs x2 love em. - piece of fish with salad

I would reccomend replacing fish cakes / fish fingers with actual steamed/grilled/baked fish fillet.
