Pop-up / Pop Over script

Hy.

I'm looking for a generator to build a pop-up/pop over ad. A free one.

I want to add a message that will appear after a few second on the right side that will scroll with the business contact information and on exit the same message must appear in center. Something like: "If you need more information please contact us: ...."

Can some one help me where to start on this, as said I need a generator or something like this not now to code it.

You might try FancyBox also(lets you use HTML in LightBoxes).
