Pop Under ads to >> New tab in browser

Hello i am using popads from known pop ad websites for my website.. but i want to make them appear in new tab not under is there any way to do it ? Also every ad provider has different type of codes so i am kinda stuck there...

i checked google for those but i couldnt find exact information i wanted i need to know where exactly i should put the code and what codes i should use i am using wordpress by the way
