Pop network with personalized hourly traffic

Hello guys, do you have a pop network you can recommend that allows me to customize hourly and daily visits? For example, "maximum 20 visits per hour," etc.

Zeropark and RichAds have the best pacing controls, you can spread budget evenly to avoid hourly spikes.
For precise hourly limits check marketplace sellers, many offer custom drip feed traffic.
 
check out plugrush, their hourly distribution settings are pretty solid.
 
Try adsterra or richads. they have hourly budget limits and visit caps.
 
Most networks don’t let you cap hourly like that, you usually set daily budget and traffic is automatic, exact hourly control is rare.
 
try popads or propellerads, they have good dayparting and frequency capping so you can limit visits per hour easily.
 
The most complex/granular cap and day parting setting I've seen lately, are from Mondiad. It goes hoursly, per impressions, per clicks, the whole list.
 
I don’t know any legit pop network with exact hourly control, most just do daily limits.
 
Most pop networks I’ve tested focus more on daily caps and traffic distribution rather than strict hourly limits. You might need to combine campaign scheduling with lower daily limits to get something close to the pacing you want.
 
some networks do offer traffic and scheduling options and I would start with a small test and see the traffic quality before scaling.
