Pop cash ad quality

has anyone tried popcash? They are farm out to not so quality traffic providers so I would proceed with caution with them...

They own openload/verystream. They are legit but their traffic quality is very poor(mostly from filesharing/videosharing sites) people don't care about pop ups they just close the window instantly especially on streaming sites where popup ads are super annoying this tend to dramatically impact ad quality. You need to track campaigns carefully and blacklist non converting sites.
