Polls allowed by Com. Junct?

I'm thinking about getting into Poll PPC->CPA marketing. I think I have an idea that would work really well with an offer on CJ.

I looked through the TOS, but couldn't find an exact answer.

Does CJ allow Poll type marketing?

If I keep it WH do I need to blank the referrer so they don't see the polls?
