Very flawed poll.
How about making having the major countries (like USA, India, etc) and Europe, Rest of US, rest of Asia etc. Or maybe Eastern Europe, Eastern Asia, etc.
Makes more sense.
Btw, I know people in UK find it very offensive when someone calls UK England. England is just a part of UK, like California is state of US.
