poll landing page: click CTR 65% but convert is zero!

I build a poll landing page that about obama, buy some traffice from PPV network, first page is landing page, next is email submit offer. click CTR is 65% but convert is zero, I test it for 5 days, try many email submit offers,it cost my $50. I don't know why,
how you guys run poll landing page? can you please share some experience?
should I try to test for more time?

Change the offer..

If I've understood you, you run a poal about Obama and then send user to a random email submit offer.
Then it would be a big pain in the ass to get any conversions- you're sending non-targeted traffic.
Also email submits doesn't often go well with ppv.
