We've all ready "expert opinions" as to whether it will be passed or not. How about you? What do you think? Let's see what BHW generally thinks. Just vote in the poll and reply here to explain your answer.

Personally, I don't think it will be passed because too many Internet Big Boys opposing it.

I have no idea, but after yesterday at the presidential debate and it getting boo'd, and what not, i also heard they are reviewing sopa and pipa over again.

You should have included Yes(but stripped down). I think a stripped down version of SOPA where the DOJ can go to court to get a court ordered injunction on payment processors and ad networks from dealing with pirated sites could pass. This is all it what take to stop actual online piracy.

That will still be under "Yes" since I said SOPA/PIPA and "Whatever".

Wow. There are some people here who think that it will be passed.

Not before the presidential elections that's for sure. If Obama administration passes such law it could cost him the elections and he doesn't want that. After the elections there is a high posibility that they will pass some version of SOPA with different name probably.
