Poll: Do you outsource, hire or do it all yourself?

I outsource a lot these days, but jstover77 is right. Make sure you do the important stuff that needs to be done right yourself.
I will add on a to that and say that spending the time to build a reliable outsourcing team is the way to go. I know quite a few webmasters who just outsource to the cheapest people they can find when they feel they need it.
I'm in no way slamming this method. If it works for you great. But from my personal experience, building a team of reliable outsourcers is extremely profitable.

Sorry to say im making money but still doing the work myself. I love what I do and the last time I told someone what to do they said " What why am I doing all the work and you making all the money" Even when that person knew I was paying for the tools got the computers pay phone bill and so on. I was giving that person %20 of what I had plus extra $400 a week, Was that wong of me?.....And they left to do it on their own.
Sounds like outsourcing to your best friend to me. If you outsource overseas I don't think you'll get that type of comment.

I'm still trying to figure out which is better.. I would love to be able to outsource but some of the stories are scary as hell lol so for now.. doing it myself
